In my opinion, Skype is the best way to make video and phone calls. The call quality is great. The price is great (how can you beat free). I highly recommend it. With this and cell phones there's really no reason to have a land-line anymore!

RoboForm is one of those things that I just can't live without now. I've got it setup on a flash drive and wherever I go I have all my passwords. The best thing about it is I can create very complex passwords for important sites because I don't have to remember them - and I don't. I honestly don't know any of my passwords - just the master password to RoboForm.

GoodSync is the best file synchronization software I've ever come across. I've used the copy web site tool built into asp.net before and it's definitely handy. However, I find GoodSync to be a lot more customizable and have more advanced features. It's really a great piece of software and makes things so much easier for administration.
